Mind-body trauma therapy in St. Louis, MO for deep, empowered healing.
Hi there! I’m Dr. Brittany Jacobson.
I’m a licensed psychologist in St. Louis, MO. I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their sense of safety, confidence, and aliveness that is so often lost through adversity and trauma.
My work supports you in moving from survival mode into a more grounded, calm, and fulfilled way of being—one where you feel at home in yourself and bold in your life. By working with mind-body approaches, healing reaches deeper layers and ignites an inner strength and radiance you didn’t know was possible.
My approach is always evidence-based and personalized to you. At the heart of my work is a commitment to instilling hope and unburdening people from the past, so they can live more peaceful, free, and empowered lives!
