You may feel ready for a change in your life, yet find yourself circling the same patterns again and again. You take some steps forward, feel hopeful, and then slide back into old habits or ways of thinking that don’t actually reflect who you want to be.

You tell yourself, “I know what I need to do, so why don’t I do it?” Your mind may feel overwhelmed by self-doubt, inner criticism, or mental loops that drain your energy and confidence. “I keep failing. Get it together. I’m not good enough. I can’t do this.” Over time, all of this leaves you feeling frustrated, discouraged, or even mistrustful of yourself, wondering what’s holding you back beneath the surface.

Together, we gently bring those hidden patterns beneath the surface into awareness so they no longer run the show. In our work, we’ll identify the specific subconscious beliefs and protective habits that have been holding you back from change—even when your conscious mind has been ready to move forward.

Through hypnosis, I help guide you into a focused, relaxed state where your nervous system calms and your mind becomes more open and receptive. This allows us to work directly with the parts of you that resist change. I will help you break free of limiting beliefs and reinforce new beliefs that are positive and uplifting. Each session moves at your pace and is designed to feel supportive and safe. After each hypnosis practice, we will take time to set a goal for that week based on what insights came up. This creates accelerated change with results you can see.

Over time, you’ll notice more clarity, confidence, and motivation. And you’ll feel inspired as you make the changes you’ve always wanted to make!

My Approach + Experience

I am a licensed psychologist and trained hypnotherapist with experience using hypnotherapy to support habit change, low self-esteem, body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, and persistent negative thought patterns. My work is always evidence-based and personalized; there are no scripts or one-size-fits-all hypnosis practices. From the beginning, we take time to clarify what you want to change and your vision for the future so our work has clear intention, while remaining flexible as we go. The imagery, language, and beliefs we work with in hypnosis are all chosen by you.

My approach helps you shift from saying you know on a logical level how you “should” think, to actually helping you feel it’s true. I enjoy helping clients feel like change is landing on a deeper level in a way that feels natural and long-lasting. 

Because real change happens through repetition, you’ll be invited to audio record our in-session hypnotherapy practices so you can listen to them between sessions. I also teach self-hypnosis so you have a lifelong tool to calm your mind and body, strengthen self-confidence, and continue to build momentum toward the life you truly want to live.
