FREE Chronic Pelvic Pain Support Group

 Tuesday, July 28 |  7:00–8:30 PM
 Hosted at: Legacy Physical Therapy
2961 Dougherty Ferry Road, Suite 105
St. Louis, MO 63122

Living with pelvic pain? You don't have to figure it out alone.

I’m partnering with pelvic floor physical therapist, Dr. Brooke Kalisiak, to help you in addressing both the physical and emotional impacts of your pain.

If you've been living with pelvic pain for months—or even years—you've probably discovered something frustrating:

It's incredibly hard to find people who truly understand what you're going through.

Maybe you've been told your tests look normal.
Maybe you've seen multiple providers without finding lasting relief.
Maybe you've started wondering if this is simply something you'll have to live with.

I want you to know that there is hope.

Healing involves much more than treating muscles or managing symptoms. Education, support, and feeling understood are all important parts of the process.

Together, we'll cover:
• Why chronic pelvic pain can persist even after medical treatments
• How the nervous system influences pain
• Practical strategies that can support healing
• The emotional impact of living with chronic pain and ways to move forward
• How to partner with your body rather than feeling like it’s working against you

The evening will conclude with an optional opportunity to ask questions, connect with others, or simply listen if that's what feels most comfortable.

Whether you're dealing with endometriosis, bladder pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic prostatitis, painful intercourse, or unexplained pelvic pain, you're welcome.

We'd love to have you join us! As always, feel free to contact me with any questions prior to the event.

The event is completely free, but registration is required.

A Space for Connection + Renewal

My workshops and retreats are designed to offer a deeper, more immersive space for healing, reflection, and growth. These experiences may integrate practices such as mindfulness meditation, gentle movement or yoga, hypnotherapy, and guided exploration of topics like stress, trauma, relationships, and mind–body connection.

Whether you’re looking to reconnect with yourself, gain new tools, or simply slow down and reset, these offerings are created to be both grounding and transformative.
