A consultation is a brief 15 minute conversation by phone.
We’ll talk about:

A consultation is a place to get more information on how a therapist could help you with your specific concerns.
What is therapy with you like?
My work is grounded in a mind-body (somatic) and relational approach.
This means we will talk about what’s going on. And we will also explore how emotional reactions show up in your body and the automatic patterns that are trying to protect you but leave you feeling exhausted.
Together, we focus on:
creating a sense of safety and grounding
understanding your patterns with compassion
supporting nervous system regulation
building more ease, clarity, and connection
By listening more to the body, we can make sure we’re moving at a pace in therapy that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
What happens next?
Once you schedule your consultation, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details.
During the consultation, we’ll get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit. If so, we can schedule your first session. I typically can schedule your first session within 1-2 weeks of our consultation call. If it does not feel like the right fit or you want to take more time to explore options, I may be able to offer some resources or referrals to support you.
